Set your terms/periods: week counts and Monday start dates. Dates drive the continuous-months calculation (holidays between periods count toward elapsed time but don't break continuity).

Capacity = how many program blocks this person can run in the same week. A sole staff member with capacity 1 means nothing can overlap at their site β raise capacity or add staff to model an FTE increase. Blocks can also be left "Unassigned".

What it's for: planning small-group intervention or program cycles across a school year β testing cycle lengths, start weeks and staffing until every student group gets the required continuous months of documented intervention (a common prerequisite for external learning-disability assessment referrals).
1. Open Setup and enter your term dates, campuses/sites, cohorts and programs. 2. Add your team under Staff (optional β blocks can stay unassigned). 3. Use οΌ Add program block to place delivery cycles on the timeline.
Each coloured block is one delivery cycle of a program for one student group. Blocks sharing the same campus + cohort + program + group name form a chain β the same students continuing across cycles. The compliance tab measures each chain's continuous calendar span (holidays elapse but don't break continuity; a gap longer than the tolerance in school weeks does).
Drag a block to move it Β· drag its edges to resize Β· click to open the editor Β· β/β nudge a selected block, Shift+β/β resize, Del delete, Ctrl+Z undo. Double-click empty lane space to add a block there. "Follow-on cycle" chains the next cycle for the same group.
Cohort scheduling windows (earliest start / latest finish, if set in Setup) Β· staff concurrent-block capacity in every week Β· blocks running past the end of the plan Β· a watch list for programs running concurrently for the same campus and cohort (so no student is picked for two programs at once).
